Thanks to the skills acquired over 25 years of activity, we are able to rewind all declassed materials to required sizes, at the same time eliminating the majority of defects, offering our clients products on a par with prime quality items.

The possible fields of application are varied. The majority of our clients are producers of wet wipes for multiple use, dusting cloths and cloths for general cleaning, disposable products for the cosmetic sector, and packaging.

Thanks to our three rewinding lines, we can produce bobbins ranging from 25 mm to 2500 mm in width. The maximum external diameter of the bobbin is 1200 mm and the material is wound on a cardboard or plastic tube with an internal diameter of 76 mm (3”).

FAQ

What does downgraded or unsold material mean?

Spunlace has a variety of areas of application, and some require it to have bacterial load below a certain limit. All it takes is one impurity to downgrade a roll of thousands of meters. However, this material will be suitable for making items such as dust cloths or protective packaging.
Unsold material, on the other hand, refers to goods that were produced for a specific customer but have not been shipped for various reasons, such as insolvency, disputes over previous shipments, or geopolitical issues that prevent them from being shipped to their intended destination.
